American Fan headed to England

I'm an American Saints supporter of the past 4 years. Planned a trip to England in late March to catch the Bournemouth match on April 1, wanting to see if there's any American fans or overseas fan groups or anything to help me with my time in Southampton. It'll be my first time in England, and at a Premier League match, so just trying to find some people to maybe meet up with for a good experience.
