Jonnyboy Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 They have a great defence and we struggle to score. Draw would be a good result.
fez Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Bookies are the best guide to likely outcomes. Betfair have Spurs at 2.76 (so just favourites), us at 2.98 and draw at 3.3. Most likely result is 1-1 (at 7.0)
Gunnery Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Merson reckons spurs will win Merson is an alcoholic and a bit thick.
Gunnery Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 They have a great defence and we struggle to score. Draw would be a good result. Not much evidence of that in our last game ...
whelk Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Same as last year please. Demolition that absolutely no one predicted and came from nowhere
adrian lord Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Let's hope JRod continues where he left off at Bmuff.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 So, B'mouth starting line up was: Forster Soares Yoshi [Fonte] VvD Bertrand Reed [Davis] Clasie [Romeu] Hoj Redmond [Tadic] Boufal JRod What changes tonight, do you think? My guesses shown above [in brackets].
Batman Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 So, B'mouth starting line up was: Forster Soares Yoshi [Fonte] VvD Bertrand Reed [Davis] Clasie [Romeu] Hoj Redmond [Tadic] Boufal JRod What changes tonight, do you think? My guesses shown above [in brackets]. agree with that side
SaintsAhoy Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 We're going to win 2-0. Feeling in my waters
Greenridge Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 So, B'mouth starting line up was: Forster Soares Yoshi [Fonte] VvD Bertrand Reed [Davis] Clasie [Romeu] Hoj Redmond [Tadic] Boufal JRod What changes tonight, do you think? My guesses shown above [in brackets]. Depends on what numbers Claude picks from the bowl tonight. 5 mins and we'll find out.
Turkish Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Lets hope the sky cameras keep away from that cretin in the clown hat with stripy face paint, he's an embarassment.
Wimborne_saint Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Forster, Cedric, VVD, Fonte, Bertrand, Romeu, Davis, JWP, Boufal, Redmond, Jrod Subs: Taylor, Yoshida, Hojbjerg, Reed, Tadic, Long, Martina
Pamplemousse Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Tottenham Hotspur @SpursOfficial #THFC: Lloris ©, Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Dembele, Sissoko, Eriksen, Dele, Kane. Subs: Vorm, Davies, Wimmer, Winks, Nkoudou, Son, Janssen

trousers Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 5 changes is that? and no Jay. JRod starts
trousers Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Lets hope the sky cameras keep away from that cretin in the clown hat with stripy face paint, he's an embarassment. It's almost as embarrassing as having fans that can't spell embarrassment
Greenridge Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Number 9 on the team sheet.. Seems I can neither count nor read. Not a great combo.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 An entirely new midfield (if Redmond counts as a forward). Vic starts for Spuds.
Batman Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 good to see we have properly ditched the diamond
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 good to see we have properly ditched the diamond It's more like a 4-3-3 isn't it? Or 4-3-2-1.
SuperSAINT Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 It's going to be JWP's night tonight.... They've got some monsters in their midfield.
Saint_Tony Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 decent line up with the exception of JWP. Bit of a nothing game but fancy us to nick this 1-0 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Saint_clark Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Dier at centreback for them, suddenly much more optimistic. Come on Jay Rod, prove me wrong...
Manuel Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Suspect Clasie would have been first choice over JWP if he was fit, otherwise good team.
alpine_saint Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Forster, Cedric, VVD, Fonte, Bertrand, Romeu, Davis, JWP, Boufal, Redmond, Jrod Subs: Taylor, Yoshida, Hojbjerg, Reed, Tadic, Long, Martina Tough on Yoshi..
St Marco Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 It's going to be JWP's night tonight.... Hope so. He needs to start producing something to justify his place in the team.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Going to be some interesting individual battles out there. I'm looking forward to Boufal v Wanyama.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Another choker ? Got a virus, apparently. Needs re-booting.
farawaysaint Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Going to be some interesting individual battles out there. I'm looking forward to Boufal v Wanyama. I'm not tbh, from what I remember of Wanyama he wasn't gentle. I don't want him hurting any of our players.
Plastic Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Will miss the match as I'm in Cornwall. Was looking for MOTD in the to listings but can't find it - anyone know if highlights are on TV and when? Ty
Wade Garrett Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 decent line up with the exception of JWP. Bit of a nothing game but fancy us to nick this 1-0 Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk Hardly a nothing game.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 I'm not tbh, from what I remember of Wanyama he wasn't gentle. I don't want him hurting any of our players. I hope you're wrong. I think Boufal might be too tricky for him. He might goad Vic into rash challenges. Vic might take a card for dishing out an injury, though.
Heisenberg Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Be great to go back to top of "our" league

Was looking for MOTD in the to listings but can't find it - anyone know if highlights are on TV and when? Ty Next MotD is Saturday 10pm. Might have to wait til then, or Football Focus on Saturday at 12 noon. No MotD2 til Sunday. Maybe SFC website will show their highlights before then.

allsa001 Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Any links at all. I didn't realise my Ruya had expired. I have a Sky SPorts Now TV Pass, but cannot get that to work either
Dusic Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Clearest diamond I ever seen? Clean your glasses.
5string Posted 28 December, 2016 Posted 28 December, 2016 Thanks, shame Stay on this forum - we'll keep you right Meantime, Merson: "Spurs have got a hard Christmas schedule." But then, "Southampton are another team crying out for a bit of consistency." Oh. No mention of our Xmas schedule being by far the toughest in the PL, then!
