Heisenberg Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 This lad can score goals and decent with free kicks too - he would improve us. V.unlikely we would sign him however as he's 27 (nearly 28.) and wouldn't be an investment type purchase Reed favours Non starter imho

V.unlikely we would sign him however as he's 27 (nearly 28.) and wouldn't be an investment type purchase Reed favours Non starter imho About the same age as when we signed Graziano Pele, we didn't do too bad with him, did we? And made a buck or two when we sold him. Pinch of salt but probably more to the point...if he's relatively cheap.

And he's only a year older than Austin.
Batman Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 Ex QPR? had a good reputation at the time but didnt quite make it then. Maybe he has now
ashnats Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 Typed with one eye open holding your pillow tight?
SuperSAINT Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 Can he score 20 goals? Would take someone who could get 2 at the moment. From the Echo: In overall league and cup action, Redmond, Long and Rodriguez have five goals in over 53 hours of action. In other words, only one of them is scoring on average around every ten and a half hours.
bpsaint Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 holding your pillow tight? Can't see much truth in this, we're hugely stocked in midfield with any of the following to choose from: Davis Hojbjerg Romeu Ward-Prowse Tadic Boufal Sims Reed Clasie Plus the option to push McQueen up on the wing as shown a couple of times.
Miltonaggro Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 Would be a rather strange addition, but it's that kind of season. Puel can turn him into the next Eden Hazard, failing that Alan McLoughlin.

Evil Monkey Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 Ex QPR? had a good reputation at the time but didnt quite make it then. Maybe he has now Think that was Granero.
LVSaint Posted 16 December, 2016 Posted 16 December, 2016 No, hugging the teddy bear I borrowed from you Sad but True...
Mr Biscuits Posted 17 December, 2016 Posted 17 December, 2016 Because, of course, a midfielder is JUST what we need right now...... clearly the current midfield aren't passing it around in front of the box enough.

alpine_saint Posted 17 December, 2016 Posted 17 December, 2016 A midfielder ? Claude Puel appears to be the second coming of Burley more and more by the minute...
Saint_clark Posted 17 December, 2016 Posted 17 December, 2016 A goal every 5 games on average from midfield...would be happy with that. Would mean someone would be leaving though, which leaves Clasie as the most likely victim...and I still think he'll be very good for us. Unless this guy is the replacement for Davis.
Dig Dig Posted 17 December, 2016 Posted 17 December, 2016 I think Puel see's him as the next Sergio Aguero and will convert him into one of the Worlds best strikers.
Maggie May Posted 20 December, 2016 Posted 20 December, 2016 Looks like this guy can't handle his booze haha
eelpie Posted 20 December, 2016 Posted 20 December, 2016 Would be a rather strange addition, but it's that kind of season. Puel can turn him into the next Eden Hazard, failing that Alan McLoughlin. You mean like he's turned Redmond into the next Henri
Bobbyboy Posted 20 December, 2016 Posted 20 December, 2016 Would be a rather strange addition, but it's that kind of season. Puel can turn him into the next Eden Hazard, failing that Alan McLoughlin. TBH I doubt Alan McLoughlin can turn him into Eden Hazard. But I'm willing to eat popcorn and watch while he attempts it.
