ohgulydoprado Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 We look simply sh*te, how JWP is in the 'unrotated' XI is absolutely beyond me.
niceandfriendly Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 boufals been pretty lively? He has but he oftens takes a touch too many or turns one time too many. Needs to be more smart and when that comes he will be absolutely class. FFS wish Sims had been on from the start. Same as McQueen. Two players bang in form.
Gunnery Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Calm down ALWAYS_SFC!! No body is enjoying this tripe - saints fans frustrated on a saints forum Just block people you think are too negative?Bellend.
Ohio Saint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 We are in a terrible situation here, but let's not lose sight of the fact that it is mostly due to Ali single crazy incident in equal proportion to the Boric dribbling incident. sure we will probably lose, but that first goal was an anomaly that led to the second.....onwards and upwards! Hopefully during the course of this game!
Batman Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Boufal has been good but too many touches in the final 3rd
IOWSaintDaz Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Looks like our traditional xmas period slump has well and truly started early this season, some abject performances by most of our players out there today
OttawaSaint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Puel out. Unless we win Thursday when he should stay for ever. Until next Sunday if we don't win he should go again. Lol. So true.

Hopefully during the course of this game! We've managed a solitary shot on target against a defence that has been shambolic over the past month or two. You don't think there's anything wrong with this performance aside from a mistake from Forster?
Heisenberg Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Palace have kept one clean sheet since last April We will get a chance just need to take it quickly and then get at them
Batman Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 please, lets test their keeper properly is that so much to ask for in the premier league these days?
striker Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 So is Boufal in midfield now? Need Long on for Redmond now.
ohgulydoprado Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Boufal has got to go off, getting outshone by a 19 year old who isn't even playing particularly well himself. He just tries too much with the ball at his feet, needs to take a look up.
adrian lord Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 BT sport wanchors saying VVD going in Jan and cant understand why he even signed new contract in the summer
OttawaSaint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Not at the races today. A real poor performance. We haven't had a single bounce go our way, both Palace goals lucky but it doesn't matter as they have deserved their lead. We've been terrible.
skintsaint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 We've made Palace look like a top 10 side Not really, its all Saints. Palace havent actually done anything yet are 2 up...

There is no telling what game we would be seeing now without that monumental event
niceandfriendly Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 He left Redmond on!!!! He left Redmond on!! He left. Redmond. On.
Heisenberg Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Swansea put five past these jokers! Lol we might manage 5 shots
the_barmy_saints_army Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 It is possible that rotating the squad can be both beneficial (Arsenal) and detrimental (Palace) depending on the opposition. We haven't played well but the reason we're 2-0 down is because of mistakes from our normally reliable back five not JWP or Redmond or whoever else is the scapegoat this week
Oldeuboi Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Redmond has been decent today but typical, he's the scapegoat. Glad Puel has realised this and kept him on. Austin absolutely anonymous. Boufal had a very promising 1st half but didn't really build on that in the 2nd. Good changes.
Saint_clark Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Jose needs to score there...poor from our captain.
St Marco Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Oh dear....When Fonte is having to take shots you know it isnt your day.
niceandfriendly Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 JWP is really having a hard day let's be fair he's had a hard Saints career
doddisalegend Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Not really, its all Saints. Palace havent actually done anything yet are 2 up... To many games where that has happened this season though. Quite often we look better than the other team except were it counts in the opposition box.
kermitsaint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 I'm just saying that events change games, and this one took a monumental shift. There is no telling what game we would be seeing now without that monumental event Tbf we looked out of sorts right from the start . Palace always looked more threatening . OldNick Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Im reading this thread and watching Sky at the same time, it is amazing how the 2 seem to being played on different planets. Sky positive while on here lol
niceandfriendly Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Redmond has been decent today but typical, he's the scapegoat.\ Remarkable.
striker Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 I don't get it. He takes off Boufal and Austin, yet leaves on JWP and Redmond. Plus Davis is still on the bench.

St Marco Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 How can you miss the target from 6 yards.. Ask Prowsey, he did it twice in the week.
OttawaSaint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 That's the thing though. When teams ship goals, they can't do it forever. Like us a few years ago, we took a pasting and took it really personally and came out with a much tighter defence. It's just a shame it was against us. We haven't helped matters today, some of the decision making has been awful.
Edmonton Saint Posted 3 December, 2016 Posted 3 December, 2016 Cedric has put some quality balls into the box.
