He was only 47 and was a lifelong friend of mine. The cause I'm not sure about as I am on holiday and it was sudden. He posted on here since 2007 and was a member of the old forum as well Going to miss you Martin....and your drum. RIP old friend.

Yes that is him. I saw the family yesterday and all they want from this news story is for it never to happen again. 1 1/2 hours for an ambulance to turn up is disgusting and cannot be defended. One thing I will ask is that next time you are giving to charity please consider Diabetes UK. Thanks all.
