Hardly playing.

Liga 2 - P4 W1 D1 L2 let in 8 goals, 1 clean sheet. On the bench 8 times.

Copa del Rey - played twice. 1 win 1 loss, 1 clean sheet.

I don't think he'll ever be good enough. The £2.5m fee we paid League 2 Gillingham, after 20 appearances, should be investigated as well as it seems very dodgy to me.

Your stats are correct, but hides the fact that he has played the last 5 league and cup games. Took a while to break into the team but is now playing regularly. I said when he moved on loan that we wouldn't see him back. I stand by that notion. Why would we bring in McCarthy and have Lewis in the background if Gazza was expected back (let alone Taylor)?

gazza got a good review from the last game from their fans, lost 3-2 at tenerife but they said they would of lost by a lot more if it wasnt for him.

He still started off dodgy but seems to be getting a run of games and get confidence, RV are really really poor though so the goals are down to being a cr*p team

I'm pleased for his sake if he is getting game time, but the fact remains that - even if he were to return - he'd still have to sit on the bench ..(and maybe get a few Cup games) .....and still be no.2 to Forster.

Er.....if he started playing really well.....would you bring him back and drop Forster?

Just thought I'd mention that the Rayo fans seem to be liking Gazza so far this month, they seem to realise he is improving, makes the odd mistake and try's his best and they are wondering if they have the option to buy.

Please let this be true! They can have him for free

Good to hear the loan is working out. Glad he's been given a chance by the fan's.

Good for him, given what we have frittered money away on as a back up to Fraser, I was a bit disappointed that we shipped him out, the last full game he played for us was against Palace on a nasty swirly wet and windy day, the goal he let in even if we had 2 Gordon Banks on the line it would have gone in, the rest of the game he was spot on and Palace were knocking quite loudly on the door!

The manner in which he was pilloried on here put him at about Forecast's level. I thought he had a fair amount of ability and the loan was a good idea. Glad to see he's having some joy.

Marca describing Gazza as a wall after yesterday's heroics he single-handedly got the win for Rayo after doing 5-6 worldy saves apparently

Unless he actually scored a goal as well, that's not possible.
