bridge too far Posted 9 January, 2009 Posted 9 January, 2009 I think, in reality, they are just looking for an insurance payout so that they can have further surgery. It's not that unusual for people to sue relatives / close friends in name whereas they're really just claiming on insurance. Mind you, her premiums will go up a penny or two
