Bought my wife a 2 year old car which has no service book but a computer print out which provides no information on what services have been undertaken and when the next service is due.

How do you find relevant info?

Send the VIN to the makers UK head office and ask them what their records show for that car.

Have to say that I think you have taken a massive gambol buying that car and it's not one I

would have risked buying - Good Luck.

Unless it has a massive mileage on it and you're concerned it might need a new cambelt, why not just get it serviced anyway and start again from there? The garage will tell you if it needs anything else doing.
