For those of you who meandre down the M3 from North Hampshire, just heard on the Radio that one lane is closed southbound between Winchester Services and Winnall junc 9.

Overturned car apparently, so could be a protracted incident.

Plus is boat show still on? And students returning to uni? Always a nightmare for traffic this weekend.

Friends (eager beavers) have passed the scene just now and accident now all moved onto the hard shoulder but still queues due to rubber neckers.
