I only go there to buy tickets and it is painful experience for a simple transaction given that they have my details.

Perhaps your post was intended in jest (having just seen the smiley at the end - is so, I suspect Cortese's approved website woulds have been solid red background, with prominent gold lettering).

But I'd hope that they follow basic UX principles like not using white text on a black background and that they AB Test the f**k out of it to make sure it's what the majority of the paying fanbase want to see.
