Stevie61163 Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 Not a bad effort considering time and venue of match with it being in the holiday season and all that
Mattio Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 £20 tickets and free travel for ST holders, we should have taken then whole 3,000 allocation.
farawaysaint Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 I thought this would be a thread about how they are a soulless global nightmare club and am sorely disappointed.
Lighthouse Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 I thought this would be a thread about the long suffering British farmers and how they're struggling to supply crops for an ever growing population.
SNSUN Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 I thought this would be a thread about the long suffering British farmers and how they're struggling to supply crops for an ever growing population. Everton fans can keep the entire farming community supplied with manure solely using what comes out of their mouths...
Shance Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 Looks like I'll be in the home end for the 4th season in a row then.

Professor Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 Shame I'll have to watch on TV but expecting to upset the commentators who will all be Man U/Mourinho biased from the start. We have a strong squad from which Puel can put out a very strong team capable of scoring goals and keeping a clean sheet. Mourinho will, of course, have a tantrum as soon as Man U go a goal down. Just can't wait!!!
ericofarabia Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 In a way glad it didn't get moved to Sun or Mon for TV, when I'd be back home near Manc, but my Membership wouldn't have got me a ticket!! (Well maybe Mon night I may have stood a slim chance!). Guessing they didn't ask for the max allocation due to Fri and on TV.
suewhistle Posted 1 August, 2016 Posted 1 August, 2016 Fortunately my luck was in as I was able to book on Friday. Now to book cheapo accommodation... Any recommendations? I'm up north on a fishing/visiting friends jaunt so somewhere with parking.

suewhistle Posted 2 August, 2016 Posted 2 August, 2016 Thanks. I'll see if I can trace the place I used for the Citeh game for our first back in the prem. Think it was uni accommodation but possibly cheaper.
The9 Posted 2 August, 2016 Posted 2 August, 2016 Amazingly we found a chain hotel in Salford Quays for under £30. Though we are flying there and back and (stupidly) went with the 5pm option back on the Saturday, buggering up my chance to sneak in a Rochdale or Oldham match on the Saturday and tick another one off the list.
