Tadic has been mentioned by Turkish and others that he'd signed a contract and Tadic was announced to be on the front cover of the programme so it's not rocket science that he would sign a new contract.

Exactly, Errusu (or Essruu as he used to be known ) confirmed which player yesterday at 8.39am (in response to comments made about Fonte/Cedric/player contracts mentioned by Adam Leitch a week ago).

I think these new contract signings has been a wise summer strategy rather than splashing silly newly found league money overpaying for European transfers.

 

considering new players Redmond and Holjberg signed 5 year deals that is a nearly SOLID Starting XI on long term deals.

Which is fine, but no contract signing really ties them down nowadays do they? Don't they simply raise the price if someone wants to buy?

Yes .... which would put off potential suitors in the first place, but if anyone had their heads turned by another club we are only accept our price non negotiable!!
