I love the Olympics but get the impression that this year will be one big calamity.

 

- doping scandals

- terror threats

- zica virus

- police and emergency services concerns

- unfinished stadia

- the ridiculous inclusion of golf.

 

Hopefully Jess Ennis-Hill will make it qlall worthwhile though!

Most of which could be attributed to many games of past.

WC went ok and sure this will also. Should have started it earlier though to make up for football drought.

 

Agree including golf is a nonsense. Also thought that about tennis though

agree about golf. if winning Olympic Gold is not the highest award in the game, it shouldn't be included.

Potentially the worst Olympics of our time - when is it anyway?? Having said that, any Olympics for us, was going to be a let down after 2012 in London.
