Remain is such a difficult place to win votes from - how do you present it as a positive?

Whereas you can say anything you want for Leave - anything could happen and it could be brilliant. Of course, it wasn't, and any campaign led by the massive blonde child and the snake oil salesman was always going to have a negative outcome for the British people.

The biggest issue is, and was, you should not let the public vote for something they don't understand.

by amazing coincidence on this day 4 years ago i received my first covid jab. I think Bill for this momentous occasion and i think you for reminding me of it. Bill is a wonderful guy who really cares about us.

Which is exactly why we elect MPs. Is is there job to look at and understand the issues of the day so that they can make informed decisions on our behalf. Whether we left the EU or not was always going to be a highly complex issue and went way beyond slogans on the sides of buses or dodgy politicians weaponising immigration. Only it didn’t and sadly too many people fell for the sunlit uplands bollocks and we have reaped the downside of that decision ever since. The fact that Farage has now weedled his way into Parliament is an indication of how many of our country folk still are not paying attention.
