Pretty excited if this is true. Very good pedigree of manager and from what I saw seemed to get on well with the players, IIRC quite a few players thanked him after he left City, didn't see many of our players doing that for Koeman.

However, in MPel's defence, ... snipped... So, for that, I think MPel deserves a bit of respect.

 

 

Now, there was MoPo, RoKo and this should be MaPe!

 

My thoughts were that he underachieved overall with the budget and team he had. They carried him in his first season and he was not able to inspire the team towards his last.
