diggers Posted 8 June, 2016 Posted 8 June, 2016 (edited) With all the attention on Koemans departure and the normal summer sales stress, I thought it might be a decent time to post an idea I've had in my head for a while about a (IMHO)better/alternate song for Markus. While I know we don't like copying songs from others, I seriously think Sheffield Wednesday's "Carlos had a dream" tune could be re worded even more poiniently to honor Markus. here's the Wednesday version... My changed version is; Markus had a dream to save a football team we had no cash so he gave us some of his own we play from the back with Long in attack we are Southampton, we're not turning back! da da, da da, da etc... ill get get my coat Edited 8 June, 2016 by diggers Spelling
VectisSaint Posted 8 June, 2016 Posted 8 June, 2016 Markus had a dream that people would at least know how he apelled his name. It was part of the initial 5 year plan put togerher with his friend Cortese. Seems like one piece of the plan that failed. :-(

VectisSaint Posted 8 June, 2016 Posted 8 June, 2016 Hurrah, I won something, even if I did fat finger a few words in my reply. Really irritates me when people do not have the courtesy to spell the great man's name correctly.
