Me? It might be genuine but I wouldn't plan anything of this basis. We shall know for sure Thursday next week. Whatever happens I shall be in France until the 18th August so my grandson will have to watch us thrash Chelsea (again) or whoever.

Like those August fixtures, so hope its true. We only got 1 point from those 4 games last year so room for improvement!

It shows there are people around who can't be trusted or there are people around who go to extreme lengths to hoax people. I don't understand either mentality or motivation, to be honest.

You can be pretty sure they're fake. I used to work for the company that does the fixtures, and they go to huge lengths to keep them quiet before release day. The clubs get to see them a couple of days before in order to check that fixtures don't clash with pre specified events, but that's all.

Probably balls, but I do appreciate the effort they've gone to to mostly match up the European sides on the fixture weekends after the CL/EL matchdays - a lot in line with last season's, when we almost always played a european qualifier the weekend after the european games - which worked out very nicely for us when we missed out on the Group Stages.

Because people are ar5eholes and like other people to pay attention to them. Plus you could probably cut and paste it from Football Manager in a couple of minutes.

There are people on this very forum who have spent years tirelessly posting about how we have a yoyo strategy, are aiming to finish 17th, wont relax until we get to 40 points, when we're actually 3rd in January. It's no great stretch to imagine someone producing a fake fixture list just to gain some e-fame.
