Sergei Gotsmanov Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 should be a good thing as more team to go to play offs and enjoy promotions
TwoPints Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 should be a good thing as more team to go to play offs and enjoy promotions And some clubs need more help than others to get promoted. ?
Panda Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Love the idea. P****y would have been about 16th in Division four, just two places above relegation to Division 5. The proposals do not affect us as we are above all this being in the Prem!
Saint86 Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Negatives: Less games which means less income from match days. This is most felt at the lower rungs of the league ladder where tv money contributes less to teams incomes. Positives: Less games for these teams so lower injuries, less fatigue, more competitive in cups etc More promotion/playoffs etc. More teams in the football league

Kenilworthy Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Good idea - but the devil is in the detail - sneaking B teams in, winter break and end of FA Cup replays. Also suspect it is a backdoor way of getting Celtic and Rangers into the league.
Golac's Cunning Stunts Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Good for Eastleigh? I'd love to see them above poopey just love it
moonraker Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Great idea, the skates only have to finish in the bottom 16 of league 2 and they can be founder members of league 5, another notable entry in the history of the greatest football club in the universe. Baird of the land Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 No doubt that the aim of this is sneaking B teams for the top 4/5 teams in the premiership as part of the new 8 clubs. "extra teams could come from the National League or premier league b teams." Hope the league clubs manage to fight off this.
Millbrook Saint Posted 19 May, 2016 Share Posted 19 May, 2016 Probably a way to sneak the sweaties in
