Ah. Yes, I think you have hit the nail on the head. Been struggling for a while to put into words what there is about Ronald. But yeah, you *could* easily listen to him talk about football over a beer and it wouldn't come across as boastful or over egotistical.

And that is why (imho) the players want to play for him and he will go on to achieve more.
