Season Ticket Renewal Packs

I was wondering if the renewal marketing pack I got the other week had been personalized to the view from my seat (middle of the Northam) or if it was just coincidence as it is a nice shot of the ground?

 

Just interested in how the club market the fans.

Yay! I opened mine a couple of weeks back and thought, nice, they've used the view exactly from my seat to sell STs!

 

A couple of slow thinks later and I realised that they had probably personalised them! Nice touch by the club, got mine on the office wall.

I never received any renewal packs

 

I presume that these are for those who hadn't renewed at the time?

Yep I think you only got one if you were tardy with your renewal. I got one with the view from my seat..

The email they sent out to announce ST prices had your seat number on the seat in the pic too.

They showed my seat number but it wasn't my seat. I sit on the end of the row but the photo showed seats either side of mine.

 

I was most disappointed.
