Or, if wins were worth six points and draws were worth two, we would have ended the season with 76 points.

Interesting to note that this season in all of the games we played whereby we won we picked up the three points in the match. Had we then of course conceded an equaliser we'd have been awarded just one point as proved by what happened after the 2-2 with Leicester earlier in the season.

DJ Danny Baker has previously suggested that there should be an extra point on offer if over the 2 games you win on aggregate.... could provide last day of the season mayhem

 

That's quite a cute idea. Would it actually make much difference to the table though?
