MLT vs SRL - penalty shoot out

Was announced at half time today that MLT vs SRL will go ahead in a penalty shoot out at Kelvins testimonial. Two saints legends with two pretty much untouchable penalty records.

 

Who will come out on top, and will kelv be in goal?

As an aside, what is the point of announcing things that the people you are announcing it to cannot hear what is being announced?

He's 34, he scored one goal this season and it was a penalty. He looked over the hill when he left 2 years ago. Give it up, please.

Le tissier was better at pens as all his were in top flight and although Rickie was fab for us, le tissier was a different class to him.
