9-3 Posted 20 April, 2016 Share Posted 20 April, 2016 Please get your facts right. Page 23 Hugh Fisher is pictured as Paul Bennett Page 23 David Peach is pictured as Gerry O'Brien. Page 24 Peter Rodrigues is pictured with Don Taylor, the physio, and not Jim Clunie, the coach, who has since passed away. Oh, I paid £7.50 for this, do I get a discount, no, ripped off for wrong information. Who' 'passes' the 'go to press' without checking. Oh and The Daily Echo costs 68p per copy, more than The Daily Mail 65p.

ladysaint Posted 21 April, 2016 Share Posted 21 April, 2016 Embarrassing that the local paper cannot get their facts right I would complain to the editor. They never even used to get the expected team right either, remember one issue they published in which we had two goalkeepers playing in our team. DJ_TOAST Posted 21 April, 2016 Share Posted 21 April, 2016 It really isn't a surprise when they can't even get simple spellings and info correct in pretty much every article normally (online anyway)
The9 Posted 21 April, 2016 Share Posted 21 April, 2016 Good advert for a publication numerous people would otherwise be unaware of, this...
