Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Villa home to chelsea first up villa have hired in lot of football experience to their board and state they want an English manager who has championship and premier league experience..looks like Nigel Pearson to me. They will come back at some point. but for today, can only see a Chelsea win. Liverpool v Spurs later, looks like a potentially cracking game

Liverpool v Spurs later, looks like a potentially cracking game I don't think we'll see them at this level again for a long time. No matter who they bring in the supporting roles, they're still run by someone who doesn't want to commit/invest because he wants to sell. Until they're sold, they're languishing.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Villa 0-2 Chelsea HT Chelsea have hardly had to play at a decent level, so far Chelsea in my acca too....
View From The Top Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Villa are playing like they just don't care. Awful. I'm delighted. I can see them going straight down again next season.
S-Clarke Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Joke team, they should just forfeit the rest of the season. Serving no purpose.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Villa 0-4 Chelsea over 30 mins left to play LOL we have to go there yet still, right??
nta786 Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Joke team, they should just forfeit the rest of the season. Serving no purpose. Joke team, but I bet you we won't beat them at their ground. That home game still annoys me to this day.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Joke team, but I bet you we won't beat them at their ground. That home game still annoys me to this day. they will be officially relegated by the time we play them No doubt they will play with freedom and go for it etc lol
Whitey Grandad Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 they will be officially relegated by the time we play them No doubt they will play with freedom and go for it etc lol That is my great fear. It's often the case that once a team is down they start to play with more confidence. Let's hope for a nervous drawn-out death
S-Clarke Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 They're already relegated, let's be honest. So they're playing with 'freedom'. The fact is that none of those players want to play for them, that won't change. If we don't beat them, I will agree with everything Alpine says for a week.

SaintBobby Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Villa were truly appalling. They could tumble down the leagues. Good riddance. They've been awful for several years and have only stayed up because they have managed to float like a turd.
Pamplemousse Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Lol West Ham equalise 3 mins later! And Bournemouth losing 3-0 at home to Man City already
S4INT Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Glad to see everything going our way so far [emoji15][emoji15]
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Norwich score at the death of the 1st half 1-0 it was funny how the newcastle fans acting like prats as the freekick that set up the goal was about to be taken. lol
JakkoUK Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Stoke winning 2-0 against Swansea takes them 2 points above us in 7th place, dropping us to 8th.
Pass the Dutchie Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 It's hard to choose between Liverpool and Spurs, but with the table in mind I hope Spurs win tonight. This will also put the pressure on Leicester, which may (or may not) help us tomorrow.

This will also put the pressure on Leicester, which may (or may not) help us tomorrow. It's not hard to choose at all I hope spurs hammer them and we do same to Leicester. We can stay above Liverpool we ain't catching spurs
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Good one Clatts What happened? Norwich re-take the lead. Good goal. 2-1
Picard Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Glad to see everything going our way so far [emoji15][emoji15] It is.
JakkoUK Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Games are starting to go our way! Westham vs Palce now 2-2 with Kouyate sent off. Stoke vs Swansea now 2-2!!
Picard Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 What happened? Doubtful sending off for WH player. Justice after Payet vs Wanyama
Pamplemousse Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 They'll be massively deflated when we play them next week
Turkish Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Ha ha ha ha ha!! I hate Newcastle, hopefully we can pipe on th misery next week and give them their usual thumping when they come to us.
iansums Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 We officially cannot be relegated Someone tell Dalek
Dalek2003 Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Someone tell Dalek I think our 3-2 win today will see us survive. LOL.
Picard Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 I think our 3-2 win today will see us survive. LOL. Could you warp back to the present please.
OttawaSaint Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Could you warp back to the present please. He's a Norwich fan. Just comes here to troll.
Dalek2003 Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 He's a Norwich fan. Just comes here to troll. Come on, I was having a laff. I could here the cheers from Carrow Rd this afternoon.
S-Clarke Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 What a huge result that was for Norwich. Newcastles game at our place is simply a must win, they are going to throw the kitchen sink at us. Thankfully, they have a kid in goal and Steven Taylor at CB.
Pamplemousse Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 As dirty as it feels, we need a Tottenham win. I hate Liverpool more anyway.

Thankfully, they have a kid in goal and Steven Taylor at CB. 25 year old Karl Darlow with over 100 games for Nottingham Forest? Otherwise agree. They need a win. Taylor is awful. Hopefully Long is fit for that one.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 what a brilliant goal by Kane that lad is superb. Absolutely superb
Saint Charlie Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Kane is brilliant. Has every attribute you want from a striker.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Kane is brilliant. Has every attribute you want from a striker. as said last week. he is going to go on to be one of the best in the world in a couple of years
Sheaf Saint Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 Cracking game at Anfield. I know I'm in a small minority here but I really don't care if Spurs win the title. I don't particularly like them but I certainly don't have the bitterness towards them that many SW members do. I would like to see them win this game if it helps us to finish above Liverpool.
Batman Posted 2 April, 2016 Author Posted 2 April, 2016 Moss making some odd calls as ref....as expected
SNSUN Posted 2 April, 2016 Posted 2 April, 2016 I think it's great that Spurs are producing these wonder kids like Kane, Alli and Bale. Top club they are with their youth development. ;-) Some interesting results today. Pleased for Norwich as it keeps my wife happy, and Newcastle going down would be huge. Leicester will be dying for the win tomorrow. I bet they'd wish for easier opposition...

I don't care either. Pochettino is an absolutely brilliant manager, just wish we could have kept him longer, although I do love Koeman so I can't moan. Would love Leicester to win, but meh, if it's Spurs then it's still someone different to the norm and it'll upset the "big clubs". So long as Saints win tomorrow I don't care.
