It's a new Nike design. Every team will have it - same colour shirts and shorts but different colour socks.

I'm not a fan, in all honesty, but I never buy England kits so it doesn't really affect me either way, and as long as we beat Wales (sorry The9) then it won't really matter

What's with Harry Kane's face?? Was he unavailable for the shoot so they Photoshopped his face onto somebody else's head?

Why blue? It's almost like someone designing it took the Union Flag and thought it should be red, white and blue.

And on a total aside, am I the only one who thinks that all this stubble looks really tatty. Wasn't it Alf Ramsey who said that if you were chosen for the team, you were representing your country and you had to be smart (inc shaved)?

Keegan 1980. Best England kit- its definitely up there. I can't remember last kit I bought- think it was WC 2006.

As for this one- 5/10 home kit- sleeves ruin it as does the socks.

Red one is okay. Nothing spectacular

Leaked months ago, horrendous and pointless design.

Just Nike laziness, would rather slap together a crappy print on a template for everyone and throw in some "wrong" colours so that particular combination hasn't been used before and it "looks new" than bother to actually design something new. They've been recycling basically the same design for 5 years with different collars and the odd plastic bottle gimmick.

It really doesn't ask much for white socks and blue shorts, then they could get rid of the sky blue hoops on the sleeves and it would be a decent kit.

They've photoshopped his head onto someone else's body, at the very least.

I'm not bothered either way, I'm from Newport, Mon., only welsh when they win.

Who cares, grown men shouldn't be buying football shirts unless to play football in.

A multi-million pound industry says you're very wrong.

You'll note that Brazil have managed to avoid the crappy 2 tone sleeves (though they do have an armour-look to the shirt front which is shared with Portugal and the USA).

I.............

...like it.

It's different, echo-ing the early 80's kit with the blue whilst forging it's own way. (Only so much you can do with plain white) Red socks and blue hint kit.....

Approval.

Don't know why everybody's following FIFA's wish of shirt + shorts having to be the same colour.

Plus I do not like that super tight jerseys in every sport now.

Are they introducing a new comedy ball at the Euros as well like they do at World Cups? Of course - that's what these major tournaments are all about, getting the best teams together and getting them to play with a new ball as an experiment for the major sports corporates. Shirts and balls - it's all about money these days. Sick of it. Sick of England at major tournaments too. Won't be buying this monstrosity.

Roy has issued a warning to Rooney about his fitness and has said hart faces serious competition from Forster and butland for the No.1 spot.

Yeah, of course Roy.

Yeah, of course Roy.

That is our very problem, Wiltshire, Rooney, Milner, Gibbs, Henderson and Hart will start.

Predictable and boring just like every tournament.

I keep saying it - Hodgson very clearly has a brief to deliver mediocrity without risk. All these players could be injured and he'd still try to pick them.

Hang on..... Maybe this England kit reflects the current state of the England squad. (Please note: it shouldn't be like this and I hate it, I want my national side to get out there, take on the best and beat them but it will never happen until the FA have the balls to pick a manager who has the balls to ignore the media and pick players outside the top 6 of the PL)

That's always been England's problem IMO. It's a combination of having a large pool of 'OK' players to choose from and a press/public which put the manager under massive pressure.

If the England manager ignores the players from the big clubs and we lose he gets crucified. If he picks the big players and we lose it's just "England are not good enough again not the boss' fault". For example, Rooney shouldn't be anywhere near the England first XI, yet if Roy drops him from the squad he instantly puts his head on the block.

I like both of them too, probably pick up the Home one if it's cheap in Sports Direct.

To give you an idea, the old kit is still £15 there at the moment and they were £45 at launch (RRP £60), if you wanted the one the same as the players it was £90 and is still out there for £35 at the LEAST. New one is £65 RRP.

I actually quite like the new Euros ball (white with limited colours on it) - it also uses a well-used template pattern for the pieces, so it'll already be familar to the players:

"Quite like" is more than I can say for the next Premier League ball (they've mocked up the new Premier League logo on it):

For once the Prem winter ball looks like a subtle alternative:
