scotty Posted 5 July, 2016 Share Posted 5 July, 2016 Tadanari Lee was originally South Korean but played for Japan When I first saw him play, he scored a beautiful worldie from outside the box. He also looked terrific in forward play. That foot injury seems to have finished him, but he could have become a pahars type legend without that. Jorviksaint Posted 5 July, 2016 Share Posted 5 July, 2016 The guy in the frame is, as alluded to earlier Adam Nagy from Ferencvaros TC. I have just come back from Budapest and met a guy that knows him from school who was working in Nagyi Palacsintazoja. Told me he wants to develop outside Hungary in a bigger league e.g. the Premier League but at a club that will give him lots of playing time to develop his career. Reckon this has legs! Agree. Surely he would be considered a first team squad player, like Nano the Tenerife striker we have been linked with. http://outsideoftheboot.com/2016/07/05/scout-report-adam-nagy-hungarys-talented-young-midfielder/ Hopefully Le Goddard didn't mean Kieran Freeman! Foxstone Posted 6 July, 2016 Share Posted 6 July, 2016 Adam Nagy has been linked with us for a few weeks now, apparently put on hold while Claude assessed the squad... Energetic player with a good pass, but likely to be bullied in the PL I fear - he would need to acquire a bit more power and strength to be effective for us. Still hoping we can get Kaputska though.. he does look a prospect!

Assuming they mean the Premiership is known for it's physicality and Steaua is not a unit. Could be the second coming of Juanmi or Mane then. Hopefully the latter... Slugger Posted 6 July, 2016 Share Posted 6 July, 2016 Romanian football blogger things Stanciu would struggle a lot physically in the PL and thinks the Owner's comments are to get a higher fee from elsewhere by suggesting PL interest. Saint Scott Posted 6 July, 2016 Share Posted 6 July, 2016 (edited) UNITED EYE BAKAYOKO Manchester United are interested in signing Monaco midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, according to France Football. Having signed for the Ligue 1 club in 2014, the 21-year-old has only been able to make 22 appearances, casting doubt over his future. United have been put on alert as uncertainly lingers over the midfielder and his ability to fit in manager Leonardo Jardim’s plans. The report adds Bakayoko is considering proposals from Stoke and Southampton, who are also interested in the France U21 defensive midfielder. , according to France Football. beavis17 Posted 6 July, 2016 Share Posted 6 July, 2016 http://sportwitness.co.uk/dutch-striker-offer-join-southampton-summer/ "Southampton have reportedly joined the race for Bas Dost. The Wolfsburg striker, who was close to joining Betis, has been attracting the attention of many other European clubs lately. According to El Desmarque, the 27-year-old has offers from Germany, Turkey, Spain and England. As Betis and Besiktas were already known to be in the battle for the Dutch player, Southampton are the latest team to show interest. It’s not made clear what the nature of the offers is, whether it’s just an open offer to join, or an approach to the German club. Although Wolfsburg want to start the negotiations at €10m, El Desmarque says the talk in Germany is that €7m should be enough to take the player from the club, since there’s only one year of contract left for him. Bas Dost reportedly would like to play in La Liga, but his salary is a big issue for Betis: He wants to earn €2m net per year, which is considered to be too high for the Spanish club. The striker didn’t have a particularly good or particularly bad season in 2015/16, scoring 10 goals in 31 appearances for Wolfsburg." €7m seems like a bit of a bargain...
