Is he really slight or physically weak? Havent seen much of him but must be some reason he isnt being snapped up as has some great numbers stats wise.

Isn't the reason that Twente are on the brink of dissolution and then he'd be free?

At the moment it probably is, tomorrow the court will give their decision in the case Twente has going against the Dutch FA. Interesting day tomorrow for Twente and Dutch football.

If you were a betting man - how do you think it will fall? Twente or Dutch FA?

Redmond IMO has JWP syndrome. Obvious ability and excels at Eng U21 level but not always in the Norwich team and is very inconsistent and struggles to influence games enough.

Wouldn't be a terrible signing but I'm not convinced by him particularly.

I wouldn't necessarily disagree with that. Certainly had a good Toulon tournament, so scouts would have flagged him up. 6 goals & 2 assists in the league last season too.

We seemed have have been linked with him every year since he's made his break-through at Birmingham.

We've been linked with a few right-wingers already:

- Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

- Pione Sisto

- Andros Townsend

- Nathan Redmond

- Jordon Ibe

Hard to say where Redmond ranks amongst that lot.

FC Twente has lost the lawsuit filed against the KNVB - the court has decided the governing body is right to relegate them to second tier.

We need to appoint a manager before we can go signing players......would we really be bidding for players before we even know who the new manager is and if he is remotely interested in said players!!!

Yeah, the manager is only part of the transfer committee

Put 12 million on the table and sign Ziyech!

Or wait a week or two and pick him up as a free agent cause Twente is already looking into the possibility of filing for bankruptcy.

Just did a google translate of the headline:

Southampton interested Bartosz cabbage. Jacek Zielinski: could handle.

19 shouldn't be that expensive and an attacking midfielder with eye for goal, would be a perfect signing! Gonna watch him intently in this second half!

Plus the Pols love it in Southampton!

Les Reed currently willing the BBC to stop talking about Kapustka's ability and analysing his performance.

Should know by now that any deals should be completed ahead of a tournament if we do harbour any real interest in the player.

He looked exactly like the type of player we need to get in really. Quick, skillful on the ball, always seemed to be in space, and clearly has an eye for goal.

Only downside is that he's not much of a physical presence, but he is only 19. If we do sign him then lets hope he does a Mane and not a Juanmi.

He looked impressive. I couldn't imagine him costing more than £5m unless he has a breakout euros which is super-low risk given his age. He wouldn't even need to change his shirt.

Hearing Southampton trying to beat Stoke to #NCFC's Nathan Redmond by offering £11million

Redmond. 11m. A lot of money for a player who has coasted on looking like he might come good for the last 3 seasons and only 1 more year on his contract.

Saints offer £11m for Redmond

Southampton are offering a staggering £11million for Nathan Redmond.

Winger Redmond, 22, has just 12 months left on his contract at relegated Norwich.

Saints are resigned to losing boss Ronald Koeman to Everton but are still bidding for players.

Brummie England U21 starlet Redmond had favoured a switch to Premier League Stoke, who are also very keen on the ace.

But Saints have stolen a march with a big money offer for Redmond who is on holiday and the deal is subject to a medical.

the text on the mirror transfer update suggests it is a bit further along than the bidding stage.

Overpriced for me. Looks good for Eng U21s and average for Norwich. Was left on the bench more them last season at times and they didn't exactly have stacks of options.

Demerai Gray at £3m was a better option IMO for that type of player who it would be hard to see starting. Redmond is miles off Mane and also nowhere near Tadic'a ability.

Good prospect when at Brum, but not sure he has fully lived up to that yet. Time on his side, but didn't he struggle to get in the Norwich starting eleven last season?

Maybe the problem is that he is at Norwich, seems to play great for the u21s so maybe £11m is a bargain if he comes good.

Sterling went for £50m off the back of a decent season and he is awful

Yeah he started 24 games, came off the bench in 11 and scored 6 goals.

Sterling is miles better than Redmond.
