sadoldgit Posted 25 February, 2016 Posted 25 February, 2016 Not a great loss to broadcasting, but fair play to him for at least coming out and accusing the Beeb of whitewash and cover ups.
sadoldgit Posted 26 February, 2016 Author Posted 26 February, 2016 I am not a Blackburn fan but it does look to me that he has been totally stitched up. No other views?
Badger Posted 26 February, 2016 Posted 26 February, 2016 Don't know the full story having only heard the headline news on the radio yesterday, but it strike me that possibly the BBC want to be seen to have taken some action - albeit too little, and forty years too late.
sadoldgit Posted 26 February, 2016 Author Posted 26 February, 2016 It seems that his only "crime" is to say he didn't have a meeting that BBC says he did. Seems are strange reason to sack someone. Apparently he has been completely cleared of any involvement with the girl who sadly took her own life.
