chocco boxo Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 Looking like a possibility? What would **** you off more, Poch proving what a 'great manager" he is, Toby proving to be an absolute bargain and a fine player or old Arry coming out and taking all the credit? Personally waiting for them to **** up Royally! OWTSAINTSGMI.
Shroppie Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 I hated the way Poch left and, I believe, unsettled players before he left. But that's water under the bridge and I'm convinced he's an excellent coach. Blue line. As two positives, would be good to see the big four cartel broken (but rather by Leicester) and if he is successful, he'll be poached by a bigger club and hopefully p!ss off Spurs and steal their players when he goes. Saints missing out on Toby seemed the greatest failure in recent times, and annoyed me immensely at the time. But we've rebuilt. Blue line. Hope he's a player Poch takes with him to Manure or wherever. Arry? Just a past-it joke and pastiche of himself. sadoldgit Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 We know what Poch can do as a manager. We also know what a quality player Toby is. Fortunately we have a decent manager ourselves and a decent replacement in Virgil. It is good to see different reams slugging out at the top even if one of them is Spuds. I think all of the neutrals are rooting for Leicester though.
Lighthouse Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 Toby has arguably been the Premier League's best defender 2 years running now. Really wouldn't surprise me to see Poch leave and take Toby with him. Can't say I'm all that sad about Toby, he is clearly a class above Saints and probably Spurs too. Mr Biscuits Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 If they do win it, the chaotic nature of this season will have had a large part to play. Chelsea are on a charge up the table, Klopp is slowly turning the bindippers around, I firmly believe City will start to put in results towards the end of the season. (The Arse will choke as usual and take 4th) Toby is good, however one player does not make a team. Kane is starting to show form again but he can be silenced in a game. I dunno, I don't want them to win because I'm still a bit hacked off with how Poch used us but then I'd quite like a different team from the usual to win (and I'd absolutely love Leicester to do it)
The9 Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 Bielsa-disciples' teams always lose form in the last few months of the season, cumulative fatigue is going to get them.
Dr. Kucho Posted 16 February, 2016 Share Posted 16 February, 2016 With 3 teams in the running for the league, I cant decide who I would like to see win it. Have a serious dislike for Arsenal and Whinger for always sniffing around our academy and constantly moaning about everything. Tottenham, well nuff said. I dont mind Leicester and like seeing a club preform well on a smaller budget, though cant stop thinking that could of been us. We have a good squad and a bigger budget then Leicester. Just a shame we lost many points in November and December. Must be Leicester I hope win the League, couldnt stand seeing the other two winning it.
