There's some absolute belters on here http://www.mickchannon.tv/page/extras/football

Agreed. Particularly enjoyed the clips from the Man U game in 1974. Had forgotten that Osgood had hit the bar. All I remember is the gate being closed just after 2pm and there being thousands of united supporters in the Dell. Result didn't do either team any good as both were relegated.

A ****e season but what an atmosphere at this game.

That Sheff Utd game is up there with the Norwich game for the loudest I've heard St Mary's.

Completely forgot Safri, Viafara, Richard Wright played for us!

Amazing watching that again, what a day that was. The club should just use that as an advert for Kelvins testimonial, can't wait to see them all back here.

A 'mighty' Liverpool side played off the park by Saints youngsters, orchestrated by the mercurial and fearless Jimmy case, felt great that day -

I was at this match

best Saints team we ever had

shame it was not allowed to stay together and develop

Can't imagine a team these days playing all of Rideout and Shearar up front with Wallace R and LeTiss down the wing

We certainly needed the likes of Case and Benali with that forward line

One of the greatest moments of sublime individual brilliance in a Saints shirt :

Proud that I was there

You can see Branfoot turn and say 'Moods, sit down'. He was about to substitute Matt with Paul Moody and even had the number 7 card (remember them?) ready. Just think; we might have been deprived of those two great goals.
