You should be fine. The Man City game made general sale so I see no reason why this one won't.

Very unlikely, about 200 tickets left from 1800 in the first day I think. That's from looking at the ticketing website.

If that's the case is there anyone who can give me 2 st numbers as want to take my son, much appreciated.cheers

If coming by train... 'Wind Street'. Pronounced as 'wind' as wind up a clock. 10 mins walk from Station, then plenty of cabs or busses to the ground. 20 mins.
. Wrong thread... Those instructions are for Swansea. I have me SOG head on. Apologies.

Anyone know where most of our fans will drink for this one?

I'd recommend drinking in the city centre for this one. Then catch the Metrolink (tram) to the Old Trafford cricket ground and walk the 10 minutes to the football ground, or a special train from Piccadilly/Oxford Road stations direct to the football ground. If there's enough of you, a taxi from city centre to near the ground will cost around £7-10.

There are pubs near the ground, but they're mostly home fans only, and those that aren't are pretty grim places to drink. The city centre offers a much nicer choice of bars and pubs. Also this Saturday is the Manchester Beer Festival at G-Mex/Central, which is right next to a tram stop on the Old Trafford lines.

http://mancbeerfest.uk/ - advance tickets are now sold out, but there will be tickets on the day. £4 in, and the beers at beer festivals are normally so cheap you make your entry fee back after about 3 pints.

I'm an american fan who is studying in London. I'm going to the game and taking the 11am London Euston to Manchester Piccadilly. Because I'm not from Southampton I don't know anyone. If there are any University-aged saints fans traveling to the match it may be fun to grab a beer before.

I'm looking for 1 possibly 2 tickets for today. Already up in Manchester but been let down by someone I was supposed to be buying from. Anyone aware of any last minute tickets available please text me on 07743857476. Cheers
