But we're out of europe, out of the cup we had the most chance of winning and below midtable with little chance of qualifying for europe. Wanyama and probably Mane will go in the summer and we'll have a squad of players who actually want to be here again.

Brining on one of our worst players when chasing a game who has never done anything to even look as though he could change a game is just stupid. The next few weeks are massive for us. Play as we are over that period and we are in deep ****.

Apparently part of the problem is that he is still having dead leg issues from a couple of years ago. He is not happy that Saints medical staff have not managed to resolve the issue.

Not much, but considering our confidence is shot to sh*t and we're in a season of transition I suggest we look at the positives and build on them. A few minutes before they went 1-0 there was a fantastic save from Hennessey, if that had gone in and we were 1-0 up now would you still be saying we've been playing sh*t? Season of transition ? That same excuse gets rolled out each season since we were bought by Markus . Yes there has been the odd glimmer of quality by Davis but over all we are awful again . Jesus wept . Since returning to the premier league we've been ahead of those clubs and Stoke have been here for years. Why the **** does everyone expect us to finish better every season? Coming across like a load of geordies thinking we have some divine right. we're going through a rough patch. Get a grip and get behind the team.
