I wouldn't be surprised at all.

And I'm not just talking the senior squad.....U18 s took another hefty beating today.

Koeman is not instilling much confidence now I'm afraid.....mind you neither are many of the squad.

5 defeats on the trot for the u18s, no more games until 2016. Our Academy is shocking at the moment.

But think you are being a bit pessimistic for the 1st team, would be shocked if we lose 4 on the trot. But 4 tough fixtures agreed.

We seemed to have plenty of pace when we took Chelsea apart? Last year we won games we didn't expect to and lost games we didn't expect to. That is football. Palace aren't playing as well as they were earlier in the season and that is a game we can win. On our day we can beat anyone and our day will come again.

Regardless of the results, our performances have generally been poorer this season. We've not strung together decent bsck-to-back performances; even in games we've won, we've struggled for consistency. None of this has anything to do with luck.

Not saying its luck, I am saying it is football. There have been many strange results this season so far. Who thought we would play Chelsea off the park? Man City have been slipping up recently. West Ham have gone off the boil. United have looked poor but have still picked up points. Who would imagine that Leicester would still be flying high? We have been very patchy but we are not alone there. To say we were sh*t hot last season isn't right. We had plenty of games then when we only turned up for one half or the other.

Who would have had Bompey beating Chelski and the Barcodes beating the Scouse?? Nothing to do with luck of course, deflections, good goals disallowed, football is fine lines...

Sometimes we seem to forget that the other team buy players, use tactics and turn up trying to win the game. It's as though only us have the right to win a game and that everyone else are just there to make up the numbers. I suppose it's the price to pay for the failing big six..their fans and their attitudes moving to support other teams..
