5. Stekelenburg, very good second choice keeper but clearly is not good enough as long term replacement for Big Fraser.

 

7. Cedric, seems to be getting better still not quite up to the level of the BPL yet but shows promising signs and will get better defensivley as the years go on. He is one for the furture but we need someone good enough straight away to replacement for Clyne.

 

-3. Martina, too slow and bought for our European adventure that didn't happen as he would be good enough I am sure agaisnt crap European teams. Not to picked over Maya at right back just shows what a waste of time he is.

 

5. Caulker, okay fouth choice centre half but why did we need him? Could have easily used Jack Stephens as fourth choice as that is what we used to do .

 

8. van Dijk, was worried about him but has been our best signing.

 

6. Romeu, good player but yet again was he need when we had Reed?

 

5. Clasie, on paper a brillaint little signing but looks a little lightweight for the BPL. Frankly noone would be a good enough replacement for Morgan but he was meant be and as of yet he just is not.

 

5. Juanmi, not enough game time but cearly not ready for BPL yet and one for the furture. The injured to Jay-Rod should meant he has got more game time, being placement out left when has come on has not really not help either and when we have been chasing the game to.
