whelk Posted 18 November, 2015 Posted 18 November, 2015 So so sad. He was determined to live long enough to see his children grow up. Legend and lovely man
Hatch Posted 18 November, 2015 Posted 18 November, 2015 RIP A true giant of the game, will still be spoken off in 50 years and more.
John Boy Saint Posted 18 November, 2015 Posted 18 November, 2015 (edited) Stunning news to wake up to ......... Sporting legends are not suppose to be younger than you when they die. Sleep well big man. A very nice memory from only this summer. Edited 18 November, 2015 by John Boy Saint
John Boy Saint Posted 18 November, 2015 Posted 18 November, 2015 *do you mean older? Thanks Hatch........ Posted on my phone sans spectacles
Whitey Grandad Posted 18 November, 2015 Posted 18 November, 2015 That's no age at all and I have great sympathy for his family. Thanks for the memories.
angelman Posted 19 November, 2015 Posted 19 November, 2015 Not that I watch much rugby, but when he played against England (and everyone else), I always wanted to see him wade straight through us even if it was to our detriment. Not sure I can think of another player who I would see in a similar light.
