Don’t forget number 4 turned out to be a white Supremacist after all as although being a Saudi he once posted a criticism of Islam so a far right terror attack obviously. So never jump to conclusions about Syrian Algerian, Afghani perpetrators.

Why has one Syrian been labelled a 'refugee' whilst the other a 'failed asylum seeker'.  I assume both were fleeing the war in Syria so they must have been refugees, surely?  Why are Germany refusing to accept legitimate refugees?

The "failed asylum seeker" was just that; he has originally arrived in Bulgaria from Syria, and appled for asylum there. Whilst this application was being processed he went to Germany and applied there as well. His German application was refused as he had already applied in Bulgaria, and he was ordered to be deported back to Bulgaria, but the authorities lost track of him.

Apparently, it shouldn't matter and you can just keep trying in every country until you find one you like.
