angelman Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 We aren't being televised so all games as per scheduled. As an aside....check this out....http://www.liverpoolfc.com/match/fixtures ...up to the end of January 16 league games (out of 23) vs our 7.
fez Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Just us, West Brom and Cherries with no televised games. Doesn't worry me. Though I think Sky and BT will be embarrassed by the end of Jan when we're in the top four and they've ignored our climb
The9 Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Every possibility we'll be on twice as League Cup semi-finalists, which is probably why they've avoided us. By the time they choose the Feb games they'll know if we'll have been on in Jan at all or not.
The9 Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Quite surprised our visit to Man U isn't on tv on Jan 23rd. Everton v Swansea and Norwich v Liverpool? Ok then.
angelman Posted 13 November, 2015 Author Posted 13 November, 2015 Agree with you 9. That is the one that highlights the media love in with Liverpool the most. It doesn't bother me (I prefer games at their proper time) but it was one of the reasons I got rid of Sky several years ago. If I supported Liverpool, like many do, then it would be worth getting a pay TV subscription (rather than enduring poor streams). 16 out of 23 league games - if that continues at the same ratio for the rest of the season, that would be 26 out of 38 league games. I realise that the TV companies have to cater for the biggest audience, but I am sure that there are more Man U supporters than Liverpool, so don't understand this one.
Stepgar Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Could be that Klopp is he new Rednapp? He loves the media so the media love him back. Val Gal is clueless with the U.k media so would not surprise me if if sky thought **** you!
Deano6 Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 January's live televised games...all of them! (If you live in the US)
Saints Fan Dan Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Quite glad, we've not had many Saturday 3 o clock kick offs. Don't enjoy our games getting moved to a Sunday.

Oh:scared: ......a busy January ...and March doesn't look a lot better.......

All the Liverpool fans should be cancelling their pay tv, as advised by the minister..........
Pamplemousse Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 That means that our only Premier League game on TV between now and the end of January is the match on boxing day against Arsenal
Sanjay Sanchez Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Have BT announced there games for January?
fez Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Have BT announced there games for January? Yes - and we're not on BT or Sky
Saint Charlie Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Our record under Koeman at home for a 3pm kick off is insanely good.
ericb Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 Personally really happy about this, tv kick offs mess with my ability to get to games due to trains etc. Also means I might do my first trip to OT in a while too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
angelman Posted 13 November, 2015 Author Posted 13 November, 2015 I am happy enough with the times, but it would be good to get the TV money. What is it - £750k a game? If so, that is £6m more that Liverpool get than us up to the end of January.
corky morris Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 As someone who travels 180+ miles each way, I'm chuffed we ain't on TV!
Saint_clark Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 So all games are safe to book off work up till Arsenal on the 2nd of feb?
mcjwills Posted 13 November, 2015 Posted 13 November, 2015 January's live televised games...all of them! (If you live in the US) Or if your a sportsmania member [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

rick1976.4.38 Posted 14 November, 2015 Posted 14 November, 2015 aren't we on tv at west ham on dec28?
Saints foreva Posted 14 November, 2015 Posted 14 November, 2015 aren't we on tv at west ham on dec28? Don't think so. Not sure why it's a 5pm kick off.
Whitey Grandad Posted 14 November, 2015 Posted 14 November, 2015 aren't we on tv at west ham on dec28? Nope. For some reason BT are showing Man Utd v Chelsea at that the same time. Arsenal also kick off at 17:30 at home to Bournemouth. Might be some interesting conversations on the trains back from Waterloo.

Pat from Poole Posted 14 November, 2015 Posted 14 November, 2015 Wasn't it put back by a couple of hours due to the Arsenal Boxing Day game being put back a few hours for TV? Hence also Arsenal v Boscombe also being delayed to be played at the same time as our game at West Ham.

Hence also Arsenal v Boscombe also being delayed to be played at the same time as our game at West Ham. Apparently it was originally 15:00 and I've still got that time in my phone schedule. Is there some requirement to have at least 46 hours or so between games?
John Boy Saint Posted 16 November, 2015 Posted 16 November, 2015 I remember seeing all the dividing up of the monies at the end of the season Liverpool blew it and they made more money as runners up than Man City did as champions due to them being on TV 28 league games out of the 38 more than anyone else. With regard to the Boxing Day lieu bank holiday Monday games I thought I saw somewhere that all the games will kick off at 5:30 so that the players get a couple more hours rest.
