Southampton is the best city in the world to live in and also has the best football team in the world. Anyone who disagrees with this is a skate....

Misleading title, the report is not about the Best City to live in but bout the Economic Growth and potential of the cities. It discounts any city with a population, including Travel to Work Areas, of less than 250000. Be happy the economic potential of Southampton is bright.
