Hi everyone,

Know this isn't Saints-related as such, but my girlfriend is currently in her final year at university, studying English Language.

Her dissertation is on forum language versus Twitter Language, and is particularly interested in the subject of football, so obviously looking at language on football forums v twitter talking football is of interest.

Are there any Saintsweb users that currently use Twitter to discuss football, who would be willing to put forward their twitter handle so she could make a direct comparison of the language used?

If there are any questions with how it would be used, she is on Twitter herself (@Charli_LL) and her email address is langdowc@aston.ac.uk.

Many thanks,

GGalpin.

Twitter I'm normally ****ed/elated and tweet immediately as things happen. Here I'm more reserved - handle is @noyleoJ

Thank you very much!

I can help here - my forum language about football is verbose, and my twitter language about football is practically non-existent. :)

I'll take that as you haven't got Twitter? ;)

Yeah sure - you already follow me so I've no bones about your girlfriend cross-examining my posts. @antonydjames

Would like to think I communicate in an erudite manner no matter the medium but if it's of any help, have at it!

Cheers Ant, appreciate that.
