scotty Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Absolutely superb performance. Our counter attacking was sublime. Pelle, VVD and Mane were absolutely brilliant. As for Mourinho it's clear he's lost the dressing room. As soon as he scapegoated the medical staff you can see it got to the backroom staff, the coaches, the players etc. etc. I've never seen a Chelsea side with such low confidence. Mourinho will be gone this month IMO It wouldn't amaze me to see him gone by Monday. Plus, what a result!! I'm stuck in a Spanish supermarket with the mrs, she's complaining about the yell I let out when the third went in. Where does that leave us in the table?
Colinjb Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 post no.20, mate. Glass raised. Many thanks mate! This win was for her!
dan abnormal Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 love this team. mane absolutely superb, what a player.
sadoldgit Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Admittedly it was only Chelsea, but signs we're getting there. like it
Colinjb Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Me too - many congratulations colinjb! A good time to be playing Chelsea. Great result. Woot! Cheers SOG!!!! Wow.
sadoldgit Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Many thanks mate! This win was for her! Are you calling her Sadio?
alpine_saint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 VVD named man of the match by Stan Colymore on Talksport. Those that watched the game, would you agree? Toby who ?
badgerx16 Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 VVD named man of the match by Stan Colymore on Talksport. Those that watched the game, would you agree? He completely bossed the middle of our area.
nta786 Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 More importantly, the last time we won from a goal down was West Ham away (Aug 2014), and before that, the AV home game in 2012! Absolutely brilliant! Great character and I love the Saints- regret not buying a ticket for this one when I had the chance
Colinjb Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Are you calling her Sadio? Already been vetoed!!!! haha
alpine_saint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 José says they should have had a penalty. Lol. Comic genius...
sadoldgit Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Clasie will be wondering if he will get a game!
simo Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Jose blaming the ref for not giving them a penalty
adrian lord Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourhino blaming the ref...is he for real? totally in denial - or he is a psychopath
Lighthouse Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Jose b*tching about penalties now. Un be f**king lievable.
Batman Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 I bet the reporter wont ask him about our TWO PENALTIES?!!?!?!?!
Fozzybear Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Could pick him, Fonte, Cedric, Bertrand, Davis, Wanyama, Mane, Tadic or Pelle to be fair. That's an impressive team performance! Can't wait to see it on MOTD.
Colinjb Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Hillarious. The ref had a 'mare, but we had two penalties not given either. Mourinho you are pathetic. Show some contrition....
doc oli Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 We do need to start beating teams in the top half before we get carried away
5string Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Guardian text commentary signed off with: "John Terry walks off with his head in his hands. But this isn’t just about crisis-club Chelsea; it’s about Southampton too. And they were simply magnificent. Utterly dominant for the final 60 minutes of the match, they scored three and could have had two penalties." That'll do it for me.
Viking Warrior Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mournio is a bigger tossed than I give him credit for Talks about a crucial penalty that his side was denied FFS what about the 2 we were clearly denied Did you have your eyes shut P*ick
Batman Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 jose on borrowed time.............by the line of his comments
Jimmy_D Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Jose completely without class in his post match interview.
Pass the Dutchie Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 From The Guardian match report: "90 min +4: Southampton fans take some time out to send abuse Portsmouth’s way. It’s their party, they can do what they like."
Plastic Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Not letting the interviewer ask any more questions. Good tactic!
adrian lord Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourinho is deluded. Clearly not had his monthly injection.
Yorkshire Saint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 I have always enjoyed listening to Jose ...but all respect gone after that interview, HE has the audacity to complain about the referee and not getting a penalty. No grace no respect for a truly great Southampton performance.
badgerx16 Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Guardian text commentary signed off with: "John Terry walks off with his head in his hands. On the beeb "The headlines will focus on the escalating crisis at Chelsea. But this should not distract from a superb display from Southampton, who came from behind and deservedly won."
adrian lord Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourinho: "Me, me me me me me me me me me me..."
InvictaSaint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 How long are they going to let him talk for???!!!
adrian lord Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 How long are they going to let him talk for???!!! shocking. and no cross-examination at all
pangy Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Jose has lost the plot here......jeez he is wanging on a bit
Colinjb Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 How long are they going to let him talk for???!!! As long as they keep supply of rope for him.
Fozzybear Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourhino blaming the ref...is he for real? Definition of a psychopath: noun 1. a person with a psychopathic personality, which manifests as amoral and antisocial behavior, lack of ability to love or establish meaningful personal relationships, extreme egocentricity, failure to learn from experience, etc. What do you think?
InvictaSaint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 As long as they keep supply of rope for him. I did think that - it's either a brilliant piece of journalism....or he hasn't the balls to interrupt him.
Toomer Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 The special one is not so special after all, TBH I thought a draw would have been a good result at The Bridge.
ART Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 What. A. Result. First time a Jose team has conceded three at Stamford Bridge! What about the four goals Bradford put past them last season? An incredible amazing performance from Saints. Rarely seen a better performance by a Saints team, who truly played for one another. Davis ran himself into the ground and actually played the entire game. Has to be his best ever game for the club. The ref was appalling but guess he was told of his abominal errors at half time as he definitely gave Saints better decisions. Only negative comment I have is about Romeu who is far too slow and his tackling is atrocious. He puts us under constant threat of ending up with 10 men.
Saint Claude Van Damme Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Very pleased tonight saints showing what there about again. Listening to the c*** that is Jose on sky! Unbelievable what rubbish is coming out his mouth. Mentioning the penalty he believes they should of had. I despise him so bad! No mention of what decisions they had go for them. Ignorant t*** Rant
beatlesaint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourhino blaming the ref...is he for real? totally in denial - or he is a psychopath He is actually making himself look ridiculous, everyone knows what he's going to say when they don't win. Never gives the other team any credit. Is there anybody left that takes him seriously? He's turned into a pathetic parody of himself. oh, he's a c**t too
JackFrost Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 Mourhino blaming the ref...is he for real? totally in denial - or he is a psychopath Sociopath. It's the art of him genuinely believing his own crap, whilst being completely oblivious to the fact that no one believes him. He's clearly lost the dressing room
alpine_saint Posted 3 October, 2015 Posted 3 October, 2015 What about the four goals Bradford put past them last season? He meant in a PL game.

Guess the stat I saw was just talking about the Premier League.
