I'm back off the bench from my MC sin binning with a classical Gunnersbury

You must realise that anything with Gunners in the name is a red card?

Hornchurch.

Get out of that!

Thats the third time Bank has been mentioned, that means something under the Palmerstone revisions, can someone remind me?

Can't believe I made such a schoolboy error. :-(

I will of course penalise myself with a three move suspension, subject to the normal Schlekenstein mitigations (Circle/District commonality)

And I withdraw Bank. Obviously.

Had no idea that the consequences were so draconian!!! Feel guilty for pointing this out now.

So we are still looking for a response to Pinner.

I believe Redbridge is the only fair response

Can't think of a relevant George Orwell reference, so I'll fall back to Kew Gardens.

Didn't think anyone would get it, but that is a canny move anyway!

If you're going to play the Estonia Prospect Variation (ratified) then you're leaving the door wide open for Shatner's Bassoon reversal.

On that basis, Cockfosters! Get out of that without opening a straight double reverse!

In that case, Liverpool Street

Left it wide open for me to employ the Monopoly superfecta - doubles to King's Cross, chance overland visit to Fenchurch Street (may I?) and landing on...

Marylebone.

Please don't spoil a serious game Goaty. You need to learn the rules.

No worries. I'll leave it to the lofty intelligentsia on this thread and go back to the silly stuff.

On a lazy Saturday afternoon....

I shall begin with Swiss Cottage.

It's a bit early to rekindle the Rostov Conjecture but if that's the sort of game you want then you leave me no choice but to see you at Bond Street.

You cannot play the Rostov Conjecture this close to Christmas if you are north of the Equator.

But not fatal. Am I the only one who's realised that the Kasilovinov variation allows Turnham Green?

Well played, excellent move.

Taken a while to come back, but good show! Such imagination is rare.

Playing conservatively for Penge West.
