Infraction upheld! Battersea is only proposed, not ready yet! Ha ha!

Blast it!! In my defence, severely backed into a corner there.

You Sir are a cad and a bounder. I shall expect to see your resignation before the committee before Monday Tiffin.

No chance sunshine. (Flouting the code of conduct is not a grounds for dismissal remember.)

Chalk Farm.

Just in case somebody is thinking of using the lateral shift, I'm going with Tooting Bec.

edit - apologies for the loop, I forgot that we'd been there yesterday.

I've had this postcard from Mrs Trellis from North Wales who would like to point out that Tooting Bec is offside and represents a vertical shift from Bank.

I am showing Badger a magenta card

Just because you were building up to employing the Brighton Handicap and my declaration of the Bec blocked you - I doubt anybody would be willing to join you in Knip now you've resorted to such playground intimidation.

Anyway, I defy your magenta card and following on from Leicester Square I declare Tower Hill.

DOUBLE TOWER HILL KLAXON! Was played yesterday and as we haven't been to Swiss Cottage it can't be played again! Infraction please judges!

Ok, let's go to Swiss Cottage next (dirty snorts of laughter)

Yes, I like that West Acton move; it avoids that tricky White City Parabola that so often occurs at weekends.

Latimer Road

Thank you sir, but my goodness that cuts things fine. Very bold.

Gentlemen, you've brought this on yourself.

Goodge Street.

If any of you are wily enough to slide yourself out of this perilous predicament, then may I remind you that not many printed rulesets proffer many moves from here without causing a significant double-feint or the Stojanov reversal (1923, vers xii).

I doff my cap pre-emptively, chaps.

You can't use Goodge Street. Canada Water was played earlier, so Finklesteins revision has been invoked. Play by the rules pal, let's keep it fair.

You lot are a bunch of amateurs, its so obvious its not true. I'll play a double loopback with a side slant from there (permissible under the Knight and Sloane Amendment of 1875) and leave you all with a cheeky East Ham!

Posted
East Ham. Hmm. Almost impossible to leave without being in Nidd, however I'm going to chance my arm with a trundle to Mill Hill East

Damnit. Cannot quite take total advantage. So close but so far.

Marylebone.

I hope you don't think I chug with reckless abandon, sirs. I'm all for playing with vigour and in the spirit of fair play.

And with that in mind, I'd like to Rock down to Warwick Avenue

Posted
Well if you insist. I'll spring the offside trap and venture upon Wembley Central

Due to the Winehouse convention of 2011 the only possible move after Warwick Avenue is Camden Town really. However, I can see why you avoided it so:

Clapham South

I didn't think Southwark same back into play until after a London Bridge power play?

Or am I thinking of the 1947 East Cheam rules which abandoned after the Great Schism of 1963?

Anyway, Canada Water

No I think Col is ok with that at the moment but had played it on the 2nd Monday of the month it would have been against the Jupiter Convention Of Fair Play and we would have had him.

So, let's take a quick jump to Hammersmith to quell this issue and take up the Tiverton repeal of no additional Piccadilly unless a northern diagonal is played before 12.30.

Always wanted to play this move!

Turkey Street.

Think it may have been sliding down legside myself but will probably survive on umpires call, the sly little bugger. However clever he thinks he is though, that move has left me wide open to play a well aimed Bank.

I'm going to play Moorgate under the quintet convention rule.

For those new to the game that means no loops or doubles to follow and no stations which contain links (however tenuous) to Moors or Gates on pain of a jolly good telling off.
