ottery st mary Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 To be fair it was really cold to-day and Bristol only took 4,000 fans with them.
miserableoldgit Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 FA cup holders only got 14,000 for their first game in defence of the trophy. And they were booed off by all accounts.
Um Bongo Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Best supporters in the land...:smt078 I think a lot are more interested in us. Mac rill as on our forum during the game:rolleyes: We're only going to have double that tomorrow. Big deal.
alehouseboys Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 ...Bristol only took 4,000 fans with them. Wow...a whole 10,000 home fans to watch their first defence of the cup...impressive...and they slashed prices!
jawillwill Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Wow...a whole 10,000 home fans to watch their first defence of the cup...impressive...and they slashed prices! Maybe they all caught that cold Defoe's got?
solentstars Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Pathetic 11,000 pompey fans out of a gate of about 14,400 for the defence of their fa cup no wonder their chairman wants out. if that had been us who won the fa cup we would have had a full house.
ottery st mary Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 I forgot 2,750 were free tickets to local school kids as well. Its looking bleak Pompey boys.
Linvoy's Afro Posted 4 January, 2009 Posted 4 January, 2009 They 'slashed' prices to a mere £25 to see a game which was undoubtedly (and turned out to be) ****e. Still, better than the West Ham game on Boxing Day which cost a mere £37 and which they also helpfully tied in with the Wigan game. So only £74 to see two titanic massive Premier League games...
