Whitey Grandad Posted 30 August, 2015 Share Posted 30 August, 2015 Still gutted 60 hours later but don't worry we are going to do it all again next year http://m.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/13632746.Ward_Prowse_confident_Southampton_can_return_to_Europe/?ref=rss It would have been a lot easier to stay in the competition this year than qualify for the next. david in sweden Posted 15 September, 2015 Share Posted 15 September, 2015 a bit after The Lord Mayor's Show I know, but some of us will inevitably watch to see how Midtylland progress in the Europa League - if indeed they do, ........but Swedish press have reported that their goalie Dahlin (who is Swedish ...btw)......is injured ....and will be out for some months...... bad luck for them .....worse for us.... .it was he kept them in the tie several times with some fine saves. Thought he was brilliant. A couple of top quality saves in the first leg especially.

The9 Posted 15 September, 2015 Share Posted 15 September, 2015 I haven't even looked at the draw yet, no idea who's in any of the groups, have no intention of watching any of it and could not give a flying one about it.

Midgetland got Napoli, Club Brugge and Legia Warsaw. I know we would have been completely different if we'd gone through but it still hurt to see such a great group. The9 Posted 16 September, 2015 Share Posted 16 September, 2015 We'd have got (at a guess) Augsburg's group, they seemed to have the nearest coefficient. I can't pretend to give a crap any more, it was fun while it lasted but I'm happier about all the European clubs we're facing on the weekend after European games now, that would have been impossible for us to manage if we'd made the group stages. The thought of Scousers and finger prints was amusing.

The9 Posted 27 September, 2015 Share Posted 27 September, 2015 oh no this means another justice campaign and minutes silence as the Scousers are being victimised again Barely any different to the process for entering the US apart from the visa part (eg fingerprinting), and they've actually organised for the Russian Embassy to send two staff to Liverpool to assist with applications, so if anything they're getting preferential treatment. Saint Garrett Posted 7 January, 2016 Share Posted 7 January, 2016 I see that Man Utd fans are being charged £71 per ticket compared with our £22....! Sucks being a big club eh!
Patrick Bateman Posted 7 January, 2016 Share Posted 7 January, 2016 I see that Man Utd fans are being charged £71 per ticket compared with our £22....! Sucks being a big club eh! £71? Ridiculous and obscene. If ever there was a match to boycott properly, that would be it. £71 on top of a season ticket, cup tickets etc., ridiculous. Is that 71 pounds to sit on the away end of an IKEA-designed box of matches in a sordid little grief hole in deepest darkest Denmark? Football is dead. Shroppie Posted 23 January, 2016 Share Posted 23 January, 2016 Middjitland must be feeling confident now. They beat us. We beat Manure. Can see them winning and that would be delicious. Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
