If tadic and Ramirez aren't able to play each week we need someone else, it's been clear since January.

that is Juanmi surely?

I would like us to have gotten someone who would waltz into our side instead of Juanmi

like stoke have with Shaquiri

Tadic was poor, for, most of second half of last season yet we can't find an attacking player better than him. I have some serious doubts about our scouting system.

Maybe, who knows they don't seem to rate him enough yet but that's what happens when you don't buy players to go straight in. Shaquiri would be great but seemed far too expensive for us.

but he shouldnt be.

if stoke can get him then we surely could

Dreadful challenge from Romeu

what was the point in that

Caulker is dire. I really thought he might be a decent signing.

Fecking dire

He really is and I have to say I am not overly impressed by Romeu or Cedric either. Add Juanmi and martini to the mix and we appear to committed the ultimate sin of bulling out the squad with average players. We did that once before I recall and things didn't end well.

Romeu is good but dirty as fck

Caulker has been dire for years. All for giving players a chance but he's proven himself in recent years, and not in a good way. Was very worried when we signed him.

He's not going to be first choice by the end of this week. For the last 2 years he's been playing for shocking teams, and at the moment is playing in a very inept back 4/5, with Targett and Yoshida. He didn't look bad midweek mind.

Ok, let's try this again shall we.

As far as you are concerned, every Oracle, Sap, AS400 system in the world is non-bespoke, that's what you're saying?

Try whatever you like, if it was 'bespoke' it wouldn't be called SAP, it would be called 'jeff's shiîty in-house developed software'.

Can you customise SAP with additional components? Indeed you can, most of these would be off the shelf packages, unless you are a government department who enjoys haemorrhaging money and missing deadlines.

Let's see if I can help you to understand. Microsoft (and others) now have a set of offerings labeled 'platform as a service' (PaaS) which rely on the assumption that their SOFTWARE will meet your individual needs. By your reckoning, they should shutter these offerings, as 'if it ain't bespoke, it won't do'

I'll remember that next time I'm chatting to a CEO about building a predictable, scalable IT function.
