Spurs 1-0 up. Damn them.

Bournemouth look terrific today. Really kept their heads up since throwing away the lead. West Ham have looked worse than us at the back today. ;)

Surprised you managed to finish that post before Leicester equalised

We face the looming spectre of Bournemouth eclipsing us this season unless we improve dramatically. The Cherries were very unlucky in their first 2 games and what's transpiring so far at wetSham is not a surprise.

Hilarious. We will finish comfortably above them.

Something highly suspicious about the West Ham v Bournemouth match, particularly Cresswell's performance, I haven't seen a player make so many high profile mistakes, amble back when supposed to be marking someone and generally look so disengaged for a long time. What was Boruc doing diving the wrong way for West Ham's 3rd too?!

The Jeff mostyn love in on sky is a bit OTT. Why the **** is Soccer Saturday interviewing a chairman after the game ?

They've just done a documentary on them on Sky Sports, not sure if it was a one off or not but obviously built up a bit of a rapport.

What jenkinson did, has to be just about the worst defending I have ever seen. Just awful!

Everything Cresswell did in the entire MotD highlights I saw was worse. Even when winning the free-kick at the end he was just trying to waste time and not beat his man whilst a goal behind.

Bournemouth playing with the kind of positivity, spirit, total support from the fans and passing footy we have the last couple of seasons.

So much pace in the front players, a good, calm Manager.

Good chance of staying up IMO.

So not long until they start losing there best players too!

City, United and Chelsea are facing the looming spectre of Leicester City winning the league. They're, like, top and everything.

A player of Pedro's quality available at £20m, yet WBA's own Berahino going for £21m. He's like 5 or 6 levels down from Pedro.

WBA are pretty trash though. Really don't rate them as a team, seemingly no quality what so ever. And any team who has Mclean as a starter deserves to go down.

Only way to correct the prices is to scrap the ludicrous home grown rule.

If they win I'm going to have to listen to the smug **** Liverpool fans in my office telling me how brilliant Brendan is.

Sad thing is, I work in Newbury, and there are 4 pool fans in my office, but it's ok because 'they've supported them since the 80's'

None of them with any links to Liverpool. ****s.

BBC a bit confused, but given the transfers between the two it's understandable I suppose?

Analysis

Arsenal v Southampton (20:00 BST)

Posted at 19:34

What worries me about Arsenal is Francis Coquelin. What a gamble to put all that pressure on that young man's shoulders as he now the main defensive-minded midfielder at the club.

They haven't looked quality going forward. The point of going forward is to score. In 3 games they've scored twice, and tonight against a very poor makeshift defence they haven't scored. Cech from Coutinho was a great save, but Benteke missed a sitter and for all their possession around the box, Liverpool haven't created enough clearcut chances.

Once really, plus a gift from a blind lino in front of the cop.
