Leadership from bench today. Wake up.

Although RK was injured.

No one from the bench stepped up to the plate today, just sat there arms folded all afternoon.

The backroom staff just sat on their seats all through the match and made no contribution at all.

Your job is to motivate the team, not just sit there in your seats arms folded.

Sort it.

Yes, I thought they were strangely subdued, especially in the first half where it was obvious that our shape was wrong. There was no point in waiting until half time when we were two goals down.

There's a reason why Stuart Pearce is recognised as one of England's greatest ever football managers. Passion and jumping about on the touchline. Passion. Grit, determination. And passion.

That's the problem with all these foreigners in the game, they'll never know anything about passion. Im not being funny but Koeman was alright walking about giving interviews but when it comes to geeing up the lads he sat on his hands clueless, unable to inspire them. I'm wondering if he's up to it or if he's had enough and wants to go. Yesterday we were crying out for a Neil Warnock type figure on the touch line or a captain who will bleed for the shirt and all we got were a bunch of statues with no passion. No one getting stuck in. i also can't believe his post match interview he said he wasn't angry, he bloody well should be, he should have given them a roasting.

pointless geeing up the players when you sent out the wrong starting 11 and in the wrong formation

This but should have been changed, if not when they scored their first, when Barkley raced through and shot straight at Stek! With our 2nd half shape at 1-0 down we may have turned the game around but at 2-0 they were generally able to keep us at arms length.

Maybe they don't care that much any more.....Maybe like a lot of our players over the last year, they've come to realize that no matter what they do or how hard they work or try, they're still going to be shat on from above with either incompetence or lack of ambition.

What a stupid comment. Fergie, Mourinho, Guardiolla etc all do it and they seem to be ok? How you can highlight Pearce as the best example of it just shows what a knob you are.

Always good to get feedback from one of the forum's great minds.

At least I give my opinion on whatever the topic on the forum is. You just ***** about what everyone else says. Says more about your mind if you go on an internet forum just to whine about other peoples views....

Is that a plane flying over your head? Nope?! Wonder what it could be then...
