Say what you like about Poch and I'm the same about him leaving, but where was our pressure game today?

We never pressed them when they had the ball all afternoon, never closed them down once, never chased.

If we play like that again, we will be just walked over.

We used to play high up the pitch to pressure them, dominate and give them no time on the ball.

Today we just sat back the whole game.

To press with that personnel on the field would have been asking for trouble. It was bad enough when we sat back and tried to defend properly. Far too many Everton players managed to stroll pass their opposite number with and without the ball.
