anyone use natwest or rbs online banking?

im trying to download statements to csv. it goes so far as opening the transfer box but it just stays there, doesnt actually open anything. even keft it running voernight yesterday in case it was a big file, but nothing

 

i spoke to their helpdesk who said to disable NIS, ive done that but it still isnt happening

I'm with NW, and never have any problems whatsoever downloading. I use Kaspersky though and have my own problems, thank you (I can't view YouTube in anything but Opera for example...)

 

It's a difficult question though as you don't want to disable a firewall while you are online to your bank.

no, done that, just trying to get half year accounts off to the accountant without having to photocopy loads of statements and posting them

no. i dont have one. tried it from pc at clients office and it worked fine

I use Natwest banking and had a similar problem recently. My solution was to just copy and paste the page containing all the data on to a Word doc and it worked a treat.

I suspect it's a browser issue. Try installing firefox or opera and accessing the site via that if you need to do this again.
