Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 2 January, 2009 Share Posted 2 January, 2009 I'm with NW, and never have any problems whatsoever downloading. I use Kaspersky though and have my own problems, thank you (I can't view YouTube in anything but Opera for example...) It's a difficult question though as you don't want to disable a firewall while you are online to your bank.

Sheaf Saint Posted 5 January, 2009 Share Posted 5 January, 2009 I use Natwest banking and had a similar problem recently. My solution was to just copy and paste the page containing all the data on to a Word doc and it worked a treat.
TUS Posted 11 January, 2009 Share Posted 11 January, 2009 I suspect it's a browser issue. Try installing firefox or opera and accessing the site via that if you need to do this again.
