ALWAYS_SFC Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 What do you think will be the next let down for us fans?
Window Cleaner Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Jan keeps his job after losing 8-0 against Man U. And quite rightly so, we are incomparable to Man U. some of their players have dogs who probably cost as much as our whole team.
Chez Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 depends on your point of view, but Saga going out on loan again might annoy a few.
WealdSaint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Rupert invites Sundance & Scooby to join the board
Master Bates Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Lowe gets caught skinny dipping in the south coast.
Mole Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Mike Wilde breaks his habit of a lifetime and doesn't change his mind again.
Rebel Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Surman to Reading Schneiderlin to Arsenal Lallana to Fulham Davis on loan to Newcastle Saga on loan to Reading Skacel on loan to Ipswich Euell/BWP staying at Saints! Seeing players like Jay Simpson and Kieran Gibbs go on loan to CCC rivals yet more 'we were unlucky today it was just on of those days' from Jan or player
SW11_Saint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 There are too many on the horizon to count. A thumping by Man Utd is next - clearly expected, but now without doubt following the loss of Cork and likely absence of Lallana and Surman (wonder if Pravda will try to pin the 8-0 drubbing on Cork too?). Retention of JP, despite the Man Utd humilation and the continuation of poor results. Lowe refusing to admit there's any problem whatsoever. Relegation. Likely administration. ...Happy days.
SaintDonkey Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Kelvin Davies out on loan in Jan. That would be the straw that breaks the camel's back. And since the camel already has 3 broken legs, cracked ribs, a fractured pelvis and severe concussion it would be time to have it put down.
John Boy Saint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 4th round draw away to some 2nd div minnows Who take us apart by as many goals as we all stupidly thought Manure would stuff us by, before they had both goalies sent off along with Ronaldo for kicking out while he was on the floor and we got 2 further (dubious) penalties to scrape through the 3rd round 4 -3.
Greenridge Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 What do you think will be the next let down for us fans? With the 2nd Feb still some way off I think we have plenty yet to come. It's all very sad unfortunately.
Um Bongo Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Tbh, the club can't do much worse in my eyes. Admin is the next big thing.
Master Bates Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Absolutely everyone at the club realises their mistake and announce that our goalkeepers name is infact Calvin Davies and not Kelvin Davis, hence causing uproar from those fans with Davis on the back of their shirts.
Huffton Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Absolutely everyone at the club realises their mistake and announce that our goalkeepers name is infact Calvin Davies and not Kelvin Davis, hence causing uproar from those fans with Davis on the back of their shirts. LOL! Post of the day by a long way:D
J Bizzle Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Surman to Reading Schneiderlin to Arsenal Lallana to Fulham Davis on loan to Newcastle Saga on loan to Reading Skacel on loan to Ipswich Euell/BWP staying at Saints! Seeing players like Jay Simpson and Kieran Gibbs go on loan to CCC rivals yet more 'we were unlucky today it was just on of those days' from Jan or player already gone to west brom.
mcjwills Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 A future one for us all getting hammered in the 1st round of the FA Cup by some complete unknown tean like on TV.
WealdSaint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 That would be the straw that breaks the camel's back. And since the camel already has 3 broken legs, cracked ribs, a fractured pelvis and severe concussion it would be time to have it put down. the best laugh of my day!
Mole Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Likely administration. This won't be a letdown. It'll be an occassion for popping the cork on a bottle of bubbly. To see Lowe, Wilde and the other cronies lose their investment will be karma and reason for celebration.
BotleySaint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Next let down will be either Lalanna, Surman or Davis heading offski right at the last minute before the window closes giving us no time to purchase a replacement. The money in the region of £2-3m will be "earmarked" for the summer, we'll be building a team to try and stay in League 1. But by the summer, it'll have mysteriously evaporated... So basically, the same as we've been putting up with the last few years
NickG Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 This won't be a letdown. It'll be an occassion for popping the cork on a bottle of bubbly. To see Lowe, Wilde and the other cronies lose their investment will be karma and reason for celebration. after celebrating the demise of saints will you go to Fratton Park?
harvey Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Rupert wins the 'Euro Millions' and buys the turncoat Wildes Shares, therefore tightening his grip on the club.
harvey Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Rupert rewards JP with a 5 Year contract for the 'excellent' job that he's doing.
Mole Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 after celebrating the demise of saints will you go to Fratton Park? It's Lowe supporting traitors like you that belong at Fratton Park.
NickG Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 I enjoyed supporting my team last week and will continue to do so. I don't support, or even glance towards whoever is sat in the directors box -didn't when first went to chocolate boxes and started supporting saints and I still go to watch the 11 in red and white. Its my team and will stay that way, unless it no longer exists after administration, which will be a shame as my boys won't grow up with the club like I did, still you will be happy. If I stop supporting my home town team, then call me a traitor, until then you sound silly.

dubai_phil Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Oi! Leave Camels out of this Meanwhile the next big let down, Paul Allen's yacht spotted in Southampton Parked up for a quick get away while he checks out their training ground before he buys the Skates
Big Ron fan Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Diagnosis on Lowe is "nothing terminal". A real LoL for me! Luckily I'd just swallowed my mouthful of tea before reading it!
egreog Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Administration is the next big let down, but to be honest I've stopped letting it bother me,..................... the farce continues and most, like me, shrug their shoulders and get on with more important things in life!!
alpine_saint Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Saga goes out on loan again, or Player of the Season So Far Kelvin Davis is sent out on loan or sold. I would put nothing past Lowe, and if I were one of the fans who had spent a small fortune on an ST I would be livid and swearing blind not to bother next season
eelpie Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 And quite rightly so, we are incomparable to Man U. some of their players have dogs who probably cost as much as our whole team. yep, we are now the Baldricks of football
NickG Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 Yeah right! Yet you have jumped to their defence on many occasions? exactly -any of them when there have been ridiculous criticisms and complained about all of them when I think its due. I will support saints no more or less if Lowe, Crouch, Wilde, Salz, Abramovich or Richard Madeley was chairman
Mr X Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 The club anounces that we are going to be sharing fratton park with the skates after we go into admin?
SaintJackoInHurworth Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 yep, we are now the Baldricks of football eh? scrawny, ugly and stupid? nah... that could never describe anyone other than Leeds or Barnsley fans... ....and that's just their women!!!!
AndyNorthernSaints Posted 2 January, 2009 Posted 2 January, 2009 yep, we are now the Baldricks of football Do we have a cunning plan?
Under Weststand Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 Do we have a cunning plan? Yes its called Total Football. What you don't think it will work
Big Poppa Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 The club anounces that we are going to be sharing fratton park with the skates after we go into admin? God help us if that happens.
dubsaint Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 What do you think will be the next let down for us fans? Take over talks breakdown !!!
SaintRobbie Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 What do you think will be the next let down for us fans? Surman/Lallana sold.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 3 January, 2009 Author Posted 3 January, 2009 For me it will be not sacking the clueless dutch trio....
SaintRobbie Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 I know... just thought of one... Dyer being put straight back out on loan........... http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/articles/article.php?page_id=11165
70's Mike Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 the way it is going the next big letdown will be the next decision taken over the make up of the squad
Raven on the wing Posted 3 January, 2009 Posted 3 January, 2009 1/ Adam Llalllllllllllallllna ( is that enough l's ?) signing for P*mpey. 2/ P*mpey not being relegated. 3/ Leicester City winning Div 1 by a mile. 4/ Skacel and Davis being loaned out @ 11.59 on 31st of January. 5/ Rupert being given the freedom of Southampton.
saint.tom.clancy Posted 4 January, 2009 Posted 4 January, 2009 Beating Man U after were all expecting a loss
offix Posted 4 January, 2009 Posted 4 January, 2009 Tbh, the club can't do much worse in my eyes. Admin is the next big thing. We'll probably screw that up too!
